BANG 22 is not in Santa Rosa
From talking to a few people last night at BANG XX, it seems that there is an underlying assumption that the Smoking GNU will be hosting BANG 22 in Santa Rosa. Although we can't reveal the specific location yet, I think it's safe to say that we can pretty much rule out Santa Rosa and indeed all of Sonoma County as the local for the April 18th event.

Thanks for putting on a flawless game with great puzzles on a beautiful (hot) spring day. My team had a GREAT time!
Given said you had written some from scratch, and modified others, so it would be interesting to learn how much of its DNA came from Washington and how much from California.
And, what do you think of simulcasting another team's game - is it easier or harder than just writing the clues from scratch? (I have my own opinion from being on GC for BANG 19, which was a simulcast of SNAP 3, but am curious about whether you share it!)
I dunno about flawless lol, but I'm really glad you guys had so much fun. I'll be posting something in the future detailing the differences between Grey Goo's and our puzzle lineup.
Our experience doing events from scratch is limited, but it defintely seem more challenging. Like you guys, we weren't able to set our own schedule and could only begin to see whether we needed to adapt puzzles as they began to finalize theirs. I have to say, though, Grey Goo was greating in helping us and seemed very happy with the idea of simulcasting their event.
